Crooked, Racist, Would Be Dictator, Hawks Shoes and Perfume To Fleece His Trusting Sheep
Former President Donald Trump made a stop on the election trail, hawking new Trump-branded sneakers at “Sneaker Con,” a gathering that bills itself as the “The Greatest Sneaker Show on Earth. Trump was met with loud boo’s as well as cheers at the Philadelphia Convention Center as he introduced what he called the first official Trump footwear. The shoes, shiny gold high tops with an American flag detail on the back, are being sold as “Never Surrender High-Tops” for $399 on a new website that also sells other Trump-branded shoes and “Victory47” cologne and perfume for $99 a bottle. The side show and snake oil carnival barker never stops his schemes to milk people out of hard earned money. I guess if they want to part with their dollars and give it to trump they get what they deserve. The new sneaker website says it is run by CIC Ventures LLC, a company that Trump reported owning in his 2023 financial disclosure. The website states the new venture “is not political and has nothing to do with any political campaign. It describes the sneakers as a limited-edition, numbered a true collector’s item that is “Bold, gold, and tough, just like President Trump. The Never Surrender sneakers are your rally cry in shoe form,” the description reads. “Lace-up and step out ready to conquer. Sounds political to me. After all these are the same people who bought pieces of Trumps suits or super hero virtual cards for $100.00 Trump last year reported making between $100,000 and $1 million from a series of these digital trading cards that portrayed him, through photo editing, in a series of cartoon-like images, including as an astronaut, a cowboy and a superhero. He has also released books featuring photos of his time in office and letters written to him through the year. As PT Barnum said there is a fool born every minute and I think in the United States of America we have millions of fools to be exploited by this boorish repugnant man. Before he ran for president he Trump hawked everything from steaks to vodka to a venture he called Trump University which was founded to be a scam and he was supposed to pay people back their money. Trump will need to sell a lot of his junk gimmicks to pay off his recent $355 million civil tax fraud fine. Trumps stupid remarks and his ability not to know that we already fought a second world war WWII and that he was not running against Obama and the fact he don’t know the difference between Nicky Haley and Poloski is and should be a warning sign the man is not fit to be president. It’s not a demerit for mis -speaking it’s the fact that he has completely lost it. His ramblings is more than disturbing, his hate for the constitution his ability to take out political opponents if elected should be a reason not to elect him to the highest office in the land. As a nation, we must face the possibility that a large segment of the White population harbors strong racist and bigoted beliefs. And that is who is supporting Trump. Many voters acknowledge Trump’s immoral and unethical nature, but when asked why they back him, they rationalize their actions as support of conservative judges, anti-abortion legislation, overturning unfair trade agreements, tax benefits, or protecting the Second Amendment. while these ideas are important there lies a deeper infliction of these people. the bigoted beliefs, attitudes and behaviors of Donald Trump do not represent an isolated case or an “outlier,” but may reflect the unconscious values of a large segment of the population. Those in power when they speak of hate it makes it ok for those below to do the same thing. Provides permission for people to unashamedly and overtly act out deep-seated biases without fear of social disapproval or retribution. “Trumpism” has seemingly tapped into an underlying groundswell of anger, resentment, grievance and even fury at our institutions, the news media, medical science and policies that seem to intrude upon individual freedom. White supremacy is the individual, institutional and societal belief in the superiority of white Western-European cultural heritage (physical features, fair skin color, arts, crafts, traditions, customs, holidays, religion, language, beliefs, values, etc.) over all other groups and their heritage. Its simple when laid out, With the changing complexion of society, the feminization of the workforce, and the graying of America, change and demands for it have upended the lives of many white Americans. There is fear that a “way of life” is being lost, that they have been forced to change without their consent, and that white-cherished values and traditions are being assailed. The slogan “Make America Great Again!” disguises white supremacy, and a yearning to return to a romanticized era where minoritzed individuals “knew their place. As a nation, we must face the possibility that a large segment of the white population harbors strong racist and bigoted beliefs. Racism, bias and bigotry are deeply embedded in our society and psyche. And with people like Trump throwing gasoline on the fire it will only bring forth more hate towards other Americans. Trump is a fear monger, a liar, thief, sexual pig against women, hater of the constitution and our freedoms, he is a self- declared lover of dictators and makes no qualms about it. We cannot allow this man to become president again or our country is doomed. If you put all his crimes aside, if there is one thing, one reason not to vote for him it’s the very fact that he will kill our Republic, he started an insurrection, wanted the VP hung, found it amusing that the capitol was ransacked, supported the assault. And cared less if people died. And also supported the assignation of opposing party officials. This is what happens in a Third world country NOT in the United States of America.
