61% of Americans polled are against the war in Iraq while a floundering 35% are in favor of the war. These numbers reflect a tidal wave of change from the polls of three years ago when the conflict began. The president adamantly stated that he would not withdraw troops while he is in office, no matter what the American people want.

The Bush administration claims that if American troops are with drawn from Iraq it will allow the terrorists to build a strong hold in the region. Thus endangering the well being of America, Bush continues to use the same old rhetoric each and every time his approval ratings drop. I for one am sick and tired of the color levels that we are taunted with daily, When Bush's approval ratings drop the color code levels increase to high. Bush has achieved his goal to instill fear in the American people, with his color codes, fortunately the American people are starting to wise up and see through the smokescreen that the Bush administration has been using since 911.

Most Americans polled do not trust King George nor do they believe that King George has their best interest in mind when he makes decisions. After all look at his track record.  Unfortunately America has about two more years of this pathetic regime. I sincerely hope during the last two years of Bush's term that he does not get us in to any more trouble in the world.

What I am afraid of is Bush's' continuing bully tactics on other nations, he does not appear to be able to comprehend what the results of his actions might lead to. Nor do I believe that he cares what the results are, as long as they benefit him and his cronies.

It is apparent that he cares little for the soldiers that he has sent in to battle. Sending America's military into battle with out the proper equipment is unconscionable. I have to lay the blame not only on King George but with Congress as well on this point.

If Bush thinks so much about the veterans, than I ask you why did he cut the veterans funding, cutting the very services that these people need for their medical care after returning home from a ill gotten war, a war for the very rich and a war for corporate America.
