It is unfortunate that the three county commissioners Tony Hyde, Earl Fisher and Henry Heimuller have resorted to tactics that are those of desperate men. And have no other legitimate means to try and stop the sale of the hospital property on Millard rd. other than the act of thuggery by their SDAO lawyer. Their attempt to scare, and intimidate the realtor that the current boards legal trustees have contracted to sell the property has reached a new low in this scam of back door deals, and the blatant disregard of the mandate of the voters. These shenanigans reek of maleficence between the county commissioners, the old CHD board and the City of St. Helens; all of these parties have played a part in trying to pull a fast one on the voters of the CHD, to the tune of about $8.5 million.The commissioners or usurper trustees had to have given the SDAO attorney the go ahead to subpoena the realtor, for what we will never know because at the last minute before closing time the SDAO attorney called the realtor and told her she did not have to show up at the next day's appointment. Not trusting the usurper trustees or their attorney the current CHD chair and one of their trustees along with their legal counsel along with the realtor and a citizen attended the meeting and waited for the usurper trustees and their attorney to show up which none of them did. Smells like an intimidation tactic or simply a way to threaten someone which SDAO attorneys like to do to people who have no attorney, or they have a SDAO attorney giving them advice who tells the unsuspecting person "yes" you can be held liable, the treats usually is as follows if you don't sign the paper you will be held personally responsible for any legal fees etc..

This follows a round of harassment and threats by the SDAO attorney personally directed to the realtor, the attorney threatened to have her license revoked if she tried to sell the property on Millard rd. sounds like hogwash to me. I know because the SDAO used it on the current CHD board.

All of this could have been avoided if the three county commissioners would have not gotten in bed with the old CHD board that were pulling a fast one with the fleecing of the taxpayers on behalf of The Private Foundation which is now Public Health, and the City of St. Helens. And the 190 split which no one knows what that is.

The problem could be solved if the illegal appointed trustees the county commissioners would back down, but the problem is that they have crawled out so far on a limb that they cannot saw the limb off or they will fall as well. Or they could go into mediation with the current board; which the current board has offered but the commissioners have refused twice, again they would rather cut their nose off to spite their face when in reality they are spiting the taxpayers. Not too smart because Hyde and Fisher are up for re-election.

The questions that are being raised are why don't the commissioners just stop fighting the current board's actions to sell the property and credit the taxpayers back the money? What do the commissioners have to gain by GIVING $2.4 million worth of property to the city of St. Helens at the expense of all the taxpayers in the CHD ? Why does the city think they deserve a $2.4 million dollar wind fall? And why would anyone want it after the voters demanded by their mandate to get the assets credited back to them? What drives the city and the commissioners to be crooks when they could do the right thing and do what the people ask them to do? It would be so simple.

Hyde and Fisher have no respect or regard for the voters in the CHD. If they would pull this crap on the CHD taxpayers what other back room deals have they pulled on all the other taxpayers in the entire county. How much money have they squandered and too who?

All I can say is shame on you!

If you want this sham to stop then I suggest that you vote these bums out this May. Vote in people who are working feverously to get your tax money credited back, people who are open, honest, and transparent. No back room deals or sleight of hand movements. It would be refreshing to have people in the office of county commissioner who are there for the people not for personal gain.
