The US trade representatives gets heavy input from 17 corporate advisory groups Any input from environmental groups, citizens, and unions, human rights groups are ignored. Information requested is denied. The meetings are held in secret. I ask you who allowed this to happen?  Who voted for this secret global government? That is controlling all of our lives at every point?

I do not have anything against free trade but it must be fair trade.


Workers are paid a living wage, which enables them to cover basic needs, including food, shelter, education and health care for their families.
Good worker safety programs, with no sweatshops or no child labor.
Adhere to good environmental laws, enhance the environment, and stop degrading the environment.

You can make a difference, write, e-mail, call your elected officials let them know how you feel about the WTO. It will take all of us to change the way WTO is set up and run. If there is no change the results will be disastrous, you can see right now the loss of jobs to outsourcing, the reduction of wages and benefits in this country. If you don't want to do it for yourself, Then do it for your children.
