The Republicans continue to stall the ability of the congress to raise the debt ceiling. The Republicans want nothing more than to cause a financial crisis in America on the working class people and the poor. The Republicans came into office immediately after president Clinton with a huge surplus. With the Supreme Court's newly appointed president, George Bush he went through the surplus and put us trillions in debt. When Bush left office Obama inherited a deficit that will take years to overcome. Here is the problem Bush waged war on several countries and failed to increase taxes to pay for his war for profit. He was the only president in America's history that failed to increase taxes during wartime, and now we are saddled with the possibility to default on our debt. Simply the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

Then you have the far right of the Republican Party "the tea baggers" whose main goal is to insure the collapse of America, ensure a depression, bankrupt households all a across America and to ensure the advancement of corporate America even further.

Then you have the Democrats, they could not say poop if they had a mouthful, their gutless wimpy actions failing to put the Republicans on notice is sickening. President Obama has helped cause the scare in America. Obama wants to come together with the Republicans, reach across the isle, compromise, get over it Mr. President grow a set and stand up against the Republicans. You have forgotten who actually got you elected and it sure hell was not the Republicans, or the tea baggers. You have an obligation to the American people not to the corporate lobbyists or to the Republican Party. One would have thought that you have learnt from the past that the Republicans would throw you under a bus if they could and have proven time and time again that they do not have the best interest of Americans at heart instead they have greed at heart.

You should demand that the rich pay their fair share of taxes period. Bring back the tariffs, cut tax breaks for companies that leave the US for a start. Jobs in America for Americans would increase tax revenue and promote a robust economy, bring down the deficit and create a healthy living standard for all Americans not just for the rich.
