WOW! What are the American people thinking of? First the Bush Reich was only listening to overseas calls by expected terrorist. Now it seems that their regime is also tracking every phone call that innocent Americans make.
Who in the world is the real enemy here? Never in my life have I seen such blatant misuse of power by any President. The time has come to disband the N.S.A. and draft articles of impeachment against this fascist regime. Starting with the President, removing every member of this corrupt administration right down to the janitor who hauls the shredded documents to the garbage cans!

If the American people are so afraid of a terrorist attack that they would throw away their civil liberties, right to privacy, right to assemble and the right to say what ever it is you think, right out the window, then the terrorist have won! It is none of the governments business what I read, what I say or who I call or who I may know. I'm a red blooded AMERICAN who obeys the laws that our elected officials have legislated for 200+ years. I am innocent of any charges until proven guilty! The Government has NO right to invade my privacy, NONE What's So Ever!

They say that 60% of the American people do not have a problem with these new spying allegations. I ask how many of these 60% polled are willing to publish their names and phone numbers in the Sunday Oregonian. It is time for the American people to stand up to these Neo- Con corporatists and take back our country. Come November we can start the change back to the America that we all knew. The America where we take care of all Americans instead of just the affluent upper crust that doesn't need any help. The America where we actually had a viable middle class, instead of a hostile Administration and a do nothing Republican Congress who are out to kill all the great social promises of the past.

Right here in Columbia County we have the same problem that has swept across America. The people have become tolerate, passive, and dishearten by the way our elected officials carry on the peoples business or carry on the usual political MONKEY BUSINESS.

The recent number of ballots cast in the primary election proves my point. People have come to the conclusion that it really does not matter if they cast their votes, the elected officials will do what ever they damn well please any way. It is pitiful and down right shameful as Americans we have allowed this to come to fruition. By doing so, we are more to blame for the predicament that our country is in, than the corrupt corporate politicians and lazy do nothing; sell your soul to the devil elected officials.

Please take the time to get involved in your local politics, attend at least one meeting a month. Remember: Our government is "by the people and for the people" YOU ARE THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT. Lets Take Back America!!!
