The plan to move the 911 terrorist trial anywhere but NYC, has sent a message to the terrorists that Americans are living in fear of Bin Laden and the cowards that he has recruited to his ranks. What in the hell is the matter with America? When did this country become gutless and allow the likes of terrorists to start running our country, our lives, and our legal system.

America was not afraid to go against the biggest super power of its time England to win our freedom in 1776, we did not falter when the French invaded, we did not run like yellow dogs when our capitol was burned, we stood straight and fought like hell its self, we fought Germany in WW1 after the Lusitanian was sunk May 7, 1915. We did not back down when the Japs bombed Pearl Harbor December 7^th 1941, we united and unleashed our terrible swift sword bringing them to their knees. We fought Nazis throughout Europe, liberated France, and freed thousands in concentration camps.

And now, we are afraid to hold court in our own country and city because of a possible terrorist threat, what happened to the America that has fought and rallied against evil and wrongs? What has happened to the America that is kind and generous when others in the world has had a disaster and in an instant can become a force that no one in the world can reckon with?

We are allowing these crazy religious fanatics to turn us into whimpering dogs. Come on people stand up, stand tall and show these terrorists that they can try and do what ever they may, but we will not falter, we will not succumb to threats or attacks, that we are not afraid to take these psychopaths head on, that we will hold the trial in the area of jurisdiction that the crime was committed, just like any other criminal would be tried.

America must stand diligent and follow the rules of law that this country was founded on and not bend or waiver to those who would want to destroy our very foundation that sets us aside from other countries and governments in the world.
When we change the way we live our lives, travel, or run our judicial system because of psychopaths than the terrorists have truly won.

I hope that our government and the people of America can see and understand that in order to be America and stay America we must face our adversaries head on and show these people that Americans are strong and we will not be dictated to by a bunch of ignorant fanatic's that do not deserve a speck of respect or deserve a moment of our time when it comes to the running of our court system or living our lives.

I say try these criminals in the city where they committed murder and let the rule of law seal there fate and to hell with Bin Laden and his crew of thugs we are not afraid of him or his puppets. In time he and his like will undoubtedly receive their just reward from America.
